OUT OF BEVERLY

We did it, we stopped hiking today! We made a quick descent to a cable car and turned a day-long hike into a 5 minute ride… crazy!

We got to town and immediately started walking again 😆 because there were no Ubers to be had! Checked in early and went in search of food…

Cute town, very bougie… they have a Benetton, where I went in search of any clothing that didn’t smell terrible (like everything I brought with me at this point), and found the most apathetic salespeople. I just wanted a t-shirt and pants, but all they had were ski sweaters!

We bummed around for hours, eating and drinking everything and recapping the trip. Went to a fancy dinner and then came back and people-watched from the balcony. We saw so many runners prepping for the UTMB next week. Those athletes will run all 100 miles in 20 hours… lots of it in the dark! No way, Jose.

Looking forward to the best night’s sleep in days… we’re back on a British Airways flight tomorrow. 🤞🏽 our luggage makes it back home with us this time! Gonna grab one more humongous merengue before we hit the road. Love you, miss you.
